Types of eggs:
Over Well – Eggs are cooked on both sides until yolk is solidified.
Over Medium – Yolk is medium consistency and egg white is thoroughly cooked.
Over Easy – Yolk is a thick liquid, egg white is partially cooked.
Sunny Side Up – Cooked only on one side, yoke is liquid. Egg white is often still runny.
Scrambled -- Eggs are scrambled and cooked.
Poached — Cooked in hot water until firm.
